About Neways Slovakia
Neways Slovakia is a supplier expert, providing electrical services on the international market. As part of Neways Electronics we play a major in role in the development phase of the electronics that facilitate major trends around global ESG themes. With over 500 employees Neways Slovakia has an experienced and strong team. The team is located in Nová Dubnia in two modern export-oriented production facilities and consists of two divisions: the Printed Circuit Board Assembly Division (PCB) and the Cable & Cabinet Assembly division (CCA).
Printed Circuit Board Assembly Division
The production scope of this division with a focus on assembly of printed circuit boards and electronic subassemblies is mainly industrial, semiconductor and automotive segment.
The divison offers mixed technology SMT/HMT – double side multilayer PCBs with all mainstream processes available like SMT, AOI, X-Ray, Laser marking, Wave soldering, Selective soldering, Hand soldering, ICCT & FT test, Automized depanelization and Coating. We offer our processes in two main standards: Lead & Lead-free electronics. Our main quality standard is European electronics assembly acceptance norm IPC 610, with certified personnel.
Division Cable & Cabinet Assembly
The Division Cable & Cabinet Assembly consists of Cable & Wire harnesses assembly and Unit & Cable assembly. Our Clean Room facilities of ISO 7 and special Grade 2 level space provide a clean environment to follow a high level of cleanliness standards of semiconductor and medical customers.
Both production groups are well integrated and provide an output of high-tech cable bundles, harnesses and various special connectivity solutions further integrated into the control units and cabinets. Besides the ISO certificates which are valid for whole Neways Slovakia, the Division Cable & Cabinet Assembly is also a certified manufacturing site following requirements of standards UL, CSA and VDE-VG 96927-2.
