Compensation & Benefit Manager

In this role you bear the important responsibility of designing such a distinctive package of employment conditions that both applicants and the more than 3,000 employees and more than 500 Engineers of Neways Electronics International working in Europe, Asia and the USA experience as very attractive. You will play a pivotal role within Neways in the realization of this and you will be the founder of a job house in the creation of our job infrastructure by 2024. What will you do as a Compensation & Benefit Manager?

We are looking for a seasoned professional to take on the role of global Compensation & Benefits to realize our ambitions and business goals. Reporting directly to the CHRO, you will develop the global Compensation & Benefits function, working closely with HR teams around the world in a hybrid model In this dynamic and impactful role, you will play a critical role in planning, developing and implementing compensation programs that align with Neways’ ambitions and current laws and regulations to ensure Neways is an excellent choice for people to work for.

Your daily responsibilities include:

  • Develop, design and implement reward programs;
  • Set up an international fit-for-purpose job evaluation system and structure;
  • Evaluate functions within the organization and determine appropriate job classifications and job levels;
  • Collect, analyze and interpret compensation data to generate reports and insights on compensation trends, cost analysis and effectiveness of compensation programs. Make recommendations for improvement or adjustments based on data analysis;
  • Work with HR teams and senior leaders to provide compensation guidance, support and advice. Answer questions, resolve compensation-related issues and provide recommendations on individual compensation issues.
  • Promote fairness and equity in pay practices by addressing pay gaps, advocating for competitive pay and ensuring equal pay for similar work.

  • WO working and thinking level
  • At least eight years of international experience in the compensation & benefits field
  • Highly developed stakeholder management skills
  • Extensive experience as a project leader and managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Demonstrated experience in harmonizing terms of employment and job evaluation (Hay  methodology)
  • Sound, up-to-date knowledge of the employment opportunities and possibilities in the current labor market and vision of being an attractive employer
