In the role as a communications specialist, you are executing Neways’ communication strategy with a focus on social media, marketing communications and employer branding to further build Neways’ reputation and market positioning in Europe.

Your duties also include:
As a communications specialist, you will lead the day-to-day execution of our communications strategy with a focus on social media and marketing communications, including:
- Creating content, events and experiences such as social media posts, press releases, case studies and marketing materials to promote Neways’ story
- Developing Neways’ employer branding strategy into actionable communications campaign
- Growing and leading internal communication network in supporting Neways internal deployment of corporate identity and internal communications

What do we ask of you?
For a good match we are looking for an experienced communications specialist who has good knowledge of the social media landscape and marketing communications in a B2B environment. Furthermore, we would like to see in your resume that you have:
- A minimum of 5 years professional experience in a B2B environment
- A demonstrated track record in the focused execution and delivery of a communications strategy, and
- Demonstrated strong writing, editing and proofreading skills in Dutch and English in crafting stories that inspire, inform and captivate key audiences.
Your Profile and DNA:
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, for example in Communication, Marketing or Commercial Economics;
- Five or more years’ relevant experience, preferably in the technology sector;
- Able to adapt quickly and communicate effectively;
- Commercially minded and a strong hands-on mentality to do what is required to get the job done;
- Experience with social media and posting communications;
- Extensive experience with MS-Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and the most important developments in this area. Graphic skills are nice to have;
- Strong communication and writing skills in English, Dutch and preferably in German;
- Willingsness to travel to our (international) offices;
- Fulltime availability, although a 32 or 36 hour contract is negotiable.
