
(Sr) Corporate Quality Management System – QMS Expert

To elevate the quality of our work even further, we are looking for a QMS Expert for our headquarter who can develop and continuous improve the overall Quality Management System supporting the growth across the global network. You will have a key role in definition and standardization of processes and its management across the different entities.

What will you do as a QMS Expert?
As QMS Expert, you will hold a key position within our global QESH department and report into the Global Quality & ESH Director. As a QMS Expert, you ensure the definition and maintenance of the corporate system and standardization of processes across Neways in collaboration with the different operating and production companies. You’ll set the standards and ensure compliancy towards our processes and our customer requirements. You will be key in the development towards one certification for all companies.

As a Corporate QMS Expert you will make a significant contribution to Neways’ sustainable growth
Your responsibilities will include:
- Actively engage with the different locations through regular meetings, visits, field observations, audits, inspections, reporting analysis, and improvement plans.
- Develop and maintain harmonized Quality System in compliance to ISO environmental, medical, automotive and defense standards.
- Design & provide training/workshops/coaching sessions on process excellence, ISO norms, as well as regular reporting to Corporate on status of the overall QMS.
- Be a key advisor on QMS for our operating and production companies in establishing processes descriptions, execute value stream mapping and identify risks. A first focus area is the definition of the corporate processes and integration into the QMS.
- Develop and execute the corporate internal and external audit process across the companies and ensure corrective and preventive actions are taken across the companies.

Requirements:
- Bachelor or master degree in a relevant field (i.e. engineering, quality management, business administration)
- At least 3 years’ experience in quality systems and quality assurance management
- Thorough understanding of ISO standards (ISO13485, ISO9001, ISO14001, IATF16949) and other relevant Q&ESH legislation is a pre
- Certified auditor VDA6.3 and blackbelt certification is a pre
- Good English language skills, both written and spoken
- Good communication and interpersonal skills and able to work with people at all levels of the organization
- Strong facilitator with experience of delivering training sessions and coaching
- Available to travel (across the locations) 10-15%
