Katja Kok-Keizer

Katja Kok-Keizer is a member of the Supervisory Board since 2022. Currently she is a Managing Director at Russel Reynolds Associates, a global leadership advisory and search firm. From 2022 until 2025, she was the Head of ING Private Banking & Wealth Management.

Prior to that, Ms Kok was the CEO of Van Lanschot Zwitserland, after having been active in the Dutch banking sector for more than 20 years. She is a current member of the advisory committee of World Press Photo Foundation and WarChild NL.

Ms Kok holds a bachelor’s degree in Economics from the HAN University of Applied Sciences and a master’s degree in Philosophy from the Radboud University in Nijmegen.
