General terms & conditions

The General Terms and Conditions for Procurement of Neways Electronics International N.V. (‘Neways’) apply to all our purchase orders, our requests for offers and all agreements between Suppliers and Neways and/or (any of) its Affiliates regarding the delivery of products and/or provision of services and/or the performance of any work by Suppliers. Neways expressly reject the applicability of any general terms and conditions of sale, and any additional or different terms or provisions that may appear on any proposal, quotation, price list, acknowledgment, invoice, packing slip or the like used by Suppliers. On request the General Conditions for Procurement of Neways will be sent to you without charges.
