What will you do as a Corporate Communications Manager?

Responsible for the development and implementation of the Neways communication strategy, both internally and externally. Neways is a leading electronics supplier in a fast growing electronics sector. We provide a unique opportunity for you to set up and develop our communications in the Netherlands, Germany and our other locations. You will be working together with and report into the Strategy & Communications Officer.

Task description:

  • Setting up and developing communications as a central function;
  • Leading and coordinating all internal and external communications for employees, customers and relevant stakeholders;
  • Developing communication expressions in the Neways house style, like marketing communication leaflets, posters, and exhibition materials;
  • Managing social media communications and supporting employer branding communications strategy;
  • Maintaining and managing the corporate website and developing intranet communications;
  • Writing, translating and posting articles for internal and external communication purposes (incl. press releases);
  • Managing, coordinating and leading trade show events and customer days;
  • Coordinating and managing third party communication support;

Your profile and DNA:

  •  Bachelor’s or masters degree, in Communication, Marketing or Commercial Economics;
  • At least 7 years of work experience in a similar function and position, at the same level of responsibility;
  • You have a hands-on mentality and are stress resistant. You are able to deal with hectic situations and to keep a helicopterview;
  • Willingsness to travel to our (international) locations;
  • Be able to work in a structured manner;
  • Affinity and experience with the preparation and implementation of communication plans, especially with organizational change plans;
  • Extensive experience with MS-Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook) and the most important developments in this area. Graphic skills are nice to have (not mandatory);
  • Full time availability;
  • Good communication and writing skills in Dutch, English and preferably German.
